She helped me with every single step of the process, from navigating and understanding the mortgage application process to setting up a home warranty plan. If a problem came up that Crystal didn’t know how to solve immediately, it was no issue because the other team members at Bob Quillen worked together even when it came to helping another realtor’s clients. Also, Crystal was never impatient with me as I chose a house. As we looked at properties, Crystal was more critical than I was. When she had doubts about an issue in a home, she suggested that we ask for an additional inspection to make sure. I truly felt like she wanted me to find the right home, and not just make a sale. If I had known at the beginning how much help I would have, I would not have felt so nervous about this experience.
