Crystal Jobe is a professional and caring realtor. She did a great job for us. We were out of the area when buying our house and she made the whole process a lot easier. I highly recommend Crystal at Bob Quillen Realtors. I am an inexperienced seller and was very intimidated by the process. She had the house ready and listed extremely fast, and it sold quickly. Crystal was very communicative through the whole process, kept me updated with any changes, and worked hard to keep things moving when there was an unforeseen third-party administrative hangup. I don’t live in the area now but if I did I would only use her in the future — ask for Crystal if you are buying or selling!
I bought my first home with Bob Quillen Realtors this past summer. I knew that the experience would be complicated. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to complete all the steps correctly or that I would waste money on the wrong house. However, my realtor Crystal Jobe made everything easy and significantly lowered the stress with all her hard work. She was constantly available to answer questions, willing to meet outside of office hours, and even helped me manage some of the inspection appointments when my work schedule unexpectedly changed. She helped me with every single step of the process, from navigating and understanding the mortgage application process to setting up a home warranty plan. If a problem came up that Crystal didn’t know how to solve immediately, it was no issue because the other team members at Bob Quillen worked together even when it came to helping another realtor’s clients. Also, Crystal was never impatient with me as I chose a house. As we looked at properties, Crystal was more critical than I was. When she had doubts about an issue in a home, she suggested that we ask for an additional inspection to make sure. I truly felt like she wanted me to find the right home, and not just make a sale. If I had known at the beginning how much help I would have, I would not have felt so nervous about this experience.
